1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Hoppli ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Hoppli is a mobile application that allows parents to create QR-code treasure hunts for children. Parents create hunts with missions, clues, and QR codes; children play by scanning codes and completing challenges.

3. User Accounts

To create treasure hunts, you must register using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

4. In-App Purchases

Hoppli offers optional one-time purchases to unlock additional features:

• Easter Ready (€6.99): Unlimited missions per hunt, 1 hunt
• Easter Pro (€12.99): Unlimited missions, up to 25 hunts, all features
• Easter Pro Upgrade (€7.99): Upgrade from Easter Ready to Easter Pro

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices may vary by region and currency. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

A parental verification step is required before any purchase can be completed.

5. Referral Program

Hoppli may offer a referral program with discounted pricing. Referral creators earn a commission (10% of net revenue after platform fees) on qualifying purchases made through their referral links. Commission terms may be modified at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Create content that is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate for children
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App
• Use the App to collect personal information about others without consent

7. Content

You retain ownership of content you create (hunt names, missions, clues). By using the App, you grant us a license to store and display this content as necessary to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and must ensure it is appropriate for all participants, including children.

8. Parental Responsibility

The App is designed for use by children under parental supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible for:

• Supervising children's use of the App
• Ensuring hunts take place in safe environments
• The appropriateness of hunt content for participating children
• Approving any in-app purchases (a parental gate is enforced)

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by BPOS GCV and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BPOS GCV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injuries during treasure hunts.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
