By downloading, installing, or using Hoppli (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Hoppli is a mobile application that turns any phone into an adventure maker for kids. Parents create adventures — with missions, clues, QR codes, and prizes — and children play them. Hoppli is multi-occasion: birthday parties, playdates, outdoor adventures, rainy days, school events, and seasonal moments.
You can explore the App anonymously without creating an account. To create or save adventures, you sign in with Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. When you sign in, your anonymous progress is linked to your account.
You are responsible for:
To create or maintain a Hoppli account, you must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian (per GDPR).
Hoppli offers a Free tier and Premium access via subscription or one-time Lifetime purchase.
Free tier: 1 active adventure, up to 4 missions per adventure, the default Bunny mascot, basic themes, and ads served on parent-facing screens. The free tier exists so every family can experience Hoppli at no cost.
Premium Monthly — €1.99 / month: auto-renews monthly via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can cancel at any time through the App Store / Play Store; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Premium Yearly — €14.99 / year: auto-renews yearly via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing year.
Premium Lifetime — €39.99 (one-time): a single payment that grants permanent Premium access on your account. EU consumers have a 14-day cooling-off / withdrawal period as required by EU consumer law.
What Premium unlocks: unlimited adventures, unlimited missions per adventure, all mascot skins, all themes, advanced mission types as they are released, adventure series, no ads, and access to the community library when it becomes available.
7-day free trial: first-time eligible users receive a 7-day free trial of Premium. The trial begins automatically when triggered and gives full Premium access. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account drops back to the Free tier — no charge is made unless you choose to subscribe.
Payment & refunds: all transactions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices may vary by region and currency. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. The EU 14-day right of withdrawal applies to the Lifetime purchase as required by law.
Parental gate: a parental verification step is required before any in-app purchase, including starting a subscription.
The Free tier of the App displays ads served by Google AdMob. Premium subscribers, lifetime owners, and trial users see no ads.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the adventures you create (names, missions, clues, prizes, photos). By using the App, you grant Hoppli a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process this content as necessary to provide the service to you.
If, in a future update, you choose to publish an adventure to the community library so other families can play it, you additionally grant Hoppli a non-exclusive licence to display that adventure in the community library. You may unpublish at any time. Hoppli reserves the right to moderate, review, or remove user-published content at its discretion, including content that is inappropriate for children, infringes third-party rights, or violates these Terms.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and must ensure it is appropriate for all participants, including children.
The App is designed for use by children under parental supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible for:
The App, including its design, features, mascot characters, mascot skins, brand, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by BPOS GCV and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BPOS GCV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injuries that occur during play.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the App settings or via hoppli.app/delete-account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, the App will ask you to review and accept the updated Terms via the in-app consent screen (version-based re-consent). Continued use of the App after acceptance constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
Hoppli may, in a future update, offer location-based features such as geo-coded missions. When enabled, these features use your device’s GPS to verify your physical location relative to a mission point. Location data is processed on the device and is not stored on Hoppli’s servers. You can disable location access at any time via your device settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Adventures published to the community library, when this feature becomes available, must be appropriate for children of all ages. Hoppli reserves the right to remove any community-published content that violates these guidelines or is otherwise inappropriate. Repeated violations may result in account suspension. Detailed community guidelines will be published when the feature launches.
